FYI:

Another interesting project.. This one by Ashar Farhan - the guy that came up with
the idea and design of the BiTx  type of rigs.  The whole thing has a parts cost of
under $100 as shown on the web page.  This project has no PC board (or so it seems at first glance)
 Also it could use an AGC circuit, and an RF output AMP.

This radio uses an ardruino for control of T/R switching, and control of an Si570 
signal generator chip.  This allows for the rig to have 2 VFO's , RIT,  and the CW mode via tone injection (like Collins did)  and would
allow the extension of the "user interface" to suit the builder.  Add freq memorys  and memory keyer. Add PC control or anything else you might want to try..
