[HBQRP] Your thoughts?

I haven't seen one close up yet, but from what I understand, it is kind of a
"partial" kit in that most components are surface mount and are
pre-assembled, leaving only the toroids and the other thru-hole parts to
assemble. An interesting kit indeed!
