Hello all ! Thanks to Darrel for the good notes and to Ray for the Loop notes. I also located the building manual for the S-9. Looks like we will have a busy and interesting 2014.
For those folks who were unable to make it to this months get together, there were a total of 18 QRPers there and lots of discussion and small demo's going on. There was some issue with tuning the kx3's but at least one member of the group has his Kx3 plugged into our G5RV on the roof and CW was filling the room.
I will post some pictures in a day or two, I think Darrel (K0AWB) took some also.
I believe 18 might be a record or at least a tie. Nice group.
If you have project ideas that did not appear on Darrel's list, please submit your ideas and we will add to the list.
Thanks again everyone, Wow, we are now in our 10th year as the Midwest HomeBrewer's. Participation like this week is what keeps us going.
I tell other HAMS they don’t have to be QRP nuts like (although it may help) to join us because we always have something going that is radio related, not just QRP only rated.
Be a recruiter. Bring someone with you..
Happy Holidays to all and Happy New Years (soon)
Dar (and Tricia)
