[HBQRP] HB-QRP meeting this weekend.

Gonna be "iffy" for us Lincolnites and maybe everyone else too. Just heard 
the forecast for freezing drizzle starting at 9 pm tonight and not looking 
good for traveling tomorrow. Will see what the morning brings and go from 
there..
