Hi Group,
I thought that I would pass along this link to a nice write up on a SMT vac placement toolthat I found on the QRPbuilder web pages.

I think Sean and I were talking about this at the last meeting (maybe not, it might have been someone else I was talking to).. but anyway,  its a cool little project, and I havemade a couple of these over the past couple of years. Seems to work well. I saw thiswrite up and its probably better than anything I would cobble up for documentation...

Anyhow, I got my pump (a fish tank bubbler) from Walmart.  I think I paid $15.00 for it,I suppose I could have looked around for one at a garage sale or something but I was on a mission to "get-r-done".   I found that if I dont, then the parts will sit and neverget put together. :)  The only difference between the one in the file and the one I made was that I had to reverse the valve in the pump to get it to draw from the hose attachment, instead of drilling into the body of the pump..
