[HBQRP] FW: Doug Hendricks Update

Guys.  I don't know how many of you monitor QRP-L closely, so I thought I
should forward this to the group...

 

"It saddens me to report that Doug Hendricks wife passed away early this
morning surrounded with his family. If you would like you may drop him a
note at  <mailto:ki6ds at dospalos.org> ki6ds at dospalos.org to offer
condolences."

(Also the Hendricks QRP kits store will be closed for several weeks. Also if
you have an outstanding kit order please be patient and he will get them
processed as soon as he can.)

 

I've known Doug's wife was very sick since shortly after we returned from
Dayton, but Doug had asked me not to say anything to anyone, so I respected
his wishes.  JoAnn took a unexpected turn for the worse and was admitted to
the hospital a week ago.  She passed away Monday morning (July 16th).

 

Please keep Doug and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
