Hi Dar,

I don't think I will be staying long at the flea mkt, but It would be nice to if I didn't have so much other stuff going on!  I work this weekend (again :P ) so will be pressed for time.
Also John C Fremont days are going on this weekend, which is a good time to get the heck out of Fremont!
Will try to get down there around 12 or before.  Like I mentioned, if any of the group are going to the PARC flea Mkt and then to Ashland,  It would be best to take 109 from Wahoo ville to Cedar Bluffs and then turn west to 79  to get to N.Bend.The section of 77 from Mead to Fremont has a bridge out and they detour you around on 109 anyway, but if press on, you can take about a 2 mile gravel detour around the construction..

Dar, before you put up the G5RV antenna, you might want to look at mod'ing it a bit to make it into a ZS6BKW antenna. Bing it for a lot of info hits..  Heres some interesting reading.....

As several of our group have informed me they are going to North Bend first! the Saturday meeting will start late, like when everyone gets there :)
I will be early, I think.
Brian, KM0Y, bring the G5RV please.  I will be bringing the manual and parts list for our project.
Darrel, bring the project parts? Yes?
If you get there and can't find me, look on the roof. :)

Some of you may have heard that the Iowa QRP group is back in business. The had 14 folks show up at their first scheduled meeting. Great news. they have a yahoo group, for which I have added the link below.
I suggest we discuss the possibility of forming a caravan soon and attending one of their meeting as soon as it can be worked out. It will be fun.
