[HBQRP] Filter test image

I've made the necessary swap of C16 and my filter is working just fine.

Using the directions I posted earlier for sweeping filters with 'Room EQ 
Wizard' I've generated an image to show what mine looks like.

REW has the ability to save measurements and display them as different 
traces on the analyser. It may be possible to aggregate a bunch of test 
cases from successful builds at the convention. If one computer is used 
with the same settings (to minimise variables) this could be useful 
information for further design work, or just geeking out over statistics.
