[HBQRP] CW Filter Squeal

Heard from some folks reporting a high pitched squeal from the audio output.  This is from the R14-C16 hiss reduction circuit.  I stole this circuit from an article in SPRAT, and have seen the value for C16 as either 0.01u or 10p.  The value in the kit is 0.01 - evidently not the right value.  If we pull either R14 or C16, the squeal goes away.  I will see what value of C16 works best, and bring a bag to Ozarkcon.
