[HBQRP] Meeting Change for April

The next meeting is schedule for April 9th as is normal, however the location of the meeting is changed.
This years April meeting will be held at OzarkCon, in Branson on Saturday evening. (Dinner time)
A head count during this months meeting showed over half of the regular attendees are going to OzarkCon so a vote was taken of persons present and the decision was made.  Anyone at Branson is invited to join us. Mostly we will eat and BS and enjoy each others company.  We don't really have "Formal" meetings anyway :-)
The restaurant is right on the side of the Hotel parking lot so no burning extra fuel, we can all walk.

The kit for the Build-a-Thon been retyped and outside of a couple of little changes is ready for the over 40 folks who have signed up to built it.
This year the Build Session kit is a very FB minimalist 40M transceiver designed by Dave Cripe, NMØS.
