[HBQRP] Chip satellites depart on Endeavour's final launch

Read this about the Satellite chips and then lets talk about a network
of us QSP'ers coming up with down converter and preamp and antenna so we
can listen and report anything heard to the college kids who might just
be more Geeky than we are :-)
