Hi Group!
I found a reference to a web site that has lots of downloadable  (scanned)  manuals for old test gear (and a few radios) for sale.  Tektronix, HP and others including Cushman, Boonton, Collins, Fluke, General Radio, WaveTek ECT.
 I thought that I would pass it along for your viewing pleasure..
