Arnie...

I've seen them fly... Much greater danger of getting hit by a crashing
aircraft than RFI... :) <big grin>

Funny,
Well, our RC equipment is QRP and is on 2.4 Gig so I think your rigs will be
safe.

Hi Group!
Dar, that is "Breadeaux Pizza" ....  ( methinks Dar was in the hooch! or at
least thinking about it!)

Also, we will only let you guys fly if you are not generating QRM - RFI with
your electric airplanes aloft!  :)
I have to work that weekend, again, but will try to make it and bring along
a magnetic loop antenna to play with my ic-703, and maybe something else if
I can find it in all the "shtuff" packed  in my basement.

The next meeting of the Midwest HomeBrewers and QRP group (in Nebraska)
will be on Saturday, September the 11th.
This will be what we call a "Lark-In-the-Park" event.

We will gather at Bordeaux Pizza in Ashland, NE at the normal start time
(11:00 am ) and have some lunch and swap stories.

Then we will adjourn to the park and set up as many station as people
show up with.

I figure by 12:30 to 1300 hrs (Central Time or 1730 to 1800 hrs GMT) we
should be on the Air.
I intend to operate with the group call N0QG and I assume a couple
others will as well.
Please pass on to other QRP groups you belong to that we will be there
for a couple of hours at least.

Hope to see a good turn out and some newly build rigs.  Cheers all...

Questions? E-mail me.
Christina and Joe? Any Pictures for me??

P.S. Ray and I may bring along a couple of RC airplanes just for fun..
If you got one (Electric please) bring it!
