Yes, well, the whole thing was a last minute discussion and decision.
Next time we will plan better. Still, it did work out well. 
Dale and I figured the reason I kept sending the "C", might have been that the keyboard had come folded in an envelope and the crease was right where the letter "C" was. That is my story and I'm sticking to it :)
It was good seeing all you other QRP folks there.
See you next weekend. 10th October is next official meeting.
I think if nothing else pops up, we will build and test the Manhattan RF oscillators. I still have several.

Dar ! !  Thank you !  Would have been willing to help if I had known about 
you doing it. Not very well adverised here in Lincoln. One old, curly, 
gray-haired individual with glasses kept sending out a CQ on Dales rubber 
keyboard but never sent his call. I answered via the keyboard also but never 
got a response. Must have been bad propagation or something ? ? Later I saw 
the same person hanging out behind the QRP table so then it all made sense 
to me. :):)
