[HBQRP] Polar Bear follow-up

[Piatt, Darwin]

I will be on the air Saturday for the first Polar Bear event of the
season.

Between 1700 and 1900 GMT, I will haunt mostly 30 or 40 meters (QRP
freq's) and maybe 20 meters.

I will set up out in the back yard on my deck, most likely using my
IC-703 and an EFW.
