[HBQRP] Polar Bear season is here again

The 2009 - 2010 Polar bear season starts this Saturday, October 3rd

I will try to be on for every event this year, even if I have to set up
portable in the back yard.

Let me know if any one else plans to operate this weekend.  They like
having Nebraska folks on.

The Polar Bears agree to go outdoors and operate their radios in any of
the following months:
October, November, December, January, February and March.
