[HBQRP] New Member

[Ken Franke]

My name is Ken Franke, call N5EBD. Been a ham for 20yrs and spent about half of that QRP.
I joined this group because you folks look pretty active and are having fun. Our local group is also
fairly active in the field and do some projects. I have seven or eight QRP rigs and have just recently
got interested in 80m band working 1 watt or less. Currently building a cross between a "Tuna Fish"
transmitter and a Tiny Tornado. Waiting on a couple chokes and caps to finish up and do a smoke 
test. 
Also looking to try to set up some schedules and do some on air testing with a few QRP die hards.
Will be using qrpspots.com and try to connect with a few there on 80m's after dark.........if your interested

and lets have fun.
