Hi HBQRP groupies!
Found something on the QRP-L forum that looked interesting...
I hope you will check it out!
Its a small SDR RX with very few parts, and none are surface mount.
It also might be something to try for a kit building project sometime.
It requires a PC (or laptop!) with a microphone sound input.. a 44K or faster sample rate
and you are good to go! With the 96K sample rate, you would have almost 100Khz of the band
available without adjusting your VFO! 2 VFO's or a 192K sample rate would give you a LOT of
the band to listen to.

This would be a good kit to build to get people into ham radio, as with a few parts and some
software for their PC, they would have a good RX that they could listen to the band, practice
code copy if inclined to do that, and see some of the digital signals!
Really cool idea if you ask me!
