[HBQRP] Case maker.

Pretty slick, though pretty pricey as well.  I just laid out a sample
front panel, 2x5" with a few holes and one word engraved.  Just under $28
for front panel alone, not a case.  Still, if you're doing a one-off and
want something really nice looking, I guess it's not too bad.
