[HBQRP] Interesting QRP Ckt. 40M TRX?

Hi Group,

While looking at the soldersmoke blog webpages I saw a link to this page which
looks like a very interesting QRPP rig...

I was wondering if anyone in the group would like to comment on 
how well this thing might work, and if it would be worth building and
playing around with? 
 Maybe build it as some kind of 40M name badge radio that really works?
The solid state one, not the hollow state diagram later on down that page! :)
