[HBQRP] PSK modem

They are shipping them, a few at a time.  They should be
caught up on the EB specials soon. Check out the yahoo
user E-group for the latest info on whats going on.

One Item that is slowing things down a small bit is that they
are now modifying the modem so the external power plug
disconnects the internal batteries when it is used.

As is, I have not gotten mine yet, but it should be here
'soon'.   I had hoped that it would be here for the
meeting this weekend.  Will see if it shows up later this PM.

As it is, I will probably go down to the LARC mini-hamfest
tomorrow morning and then after tradeing in a TS-440 for an
I-com IC817 for my dad, I'll be on the way to the meeting in Ashland.

For people who like to spin knobs and play with radios, I'll bring
my Elecraft K-3 down for 'show and tell'.  Might even take the
lid off the top if people are interested enough to look inside.


I did find my BITx-20 kit that I thought that I had misplaced,
but only after I had RX another one.  Anyone interested in one
of these kits?  I also have a spare of the 'digital dial' that
I would like to sell with it. Will sell at the price I paid for
these 2 items.

I'll bring them down if anyone would like to buy these kits.
