FYI:

I got a package of 10 crystals from Christian Pröhl (DL6JAN)last week
for 10.140000 MHz (the 30M QRSS watering hole). I think I got the last of them!

Several of the HBQRP group were interested in the Xtals, so I got a few extra to
my needs.. I think Joe-K0NEB and Dar- W9HZC were interested in a pair each, and
I am not sure if Jim KG0RD wanted any for the QRSS Freq or not... I am going to keep
3-4 xtals for myself, so there are 2-3 left if Jim does not want them.
Jim, drop me a note letting me know if you are interested.

The cost of the Xtals was 1.50 Euro each + shipping from Germany.. so about
$3.50 each.

I also purchased one of Christians CWtiny Keyers for a QRSS MEPT set up..
More stuff for me to build! :) Heres a link to his page with the keyer-

With the kit I got from Dar I hope to be able to use the keyer as an attended
QRSS beacon and also for slow-HELL transmissions. It should be very fun!
Also I got some of the parts already for a USB port powered 30M Direct conversion
RX for my laptop.. This should be fun too!

The diagram for the RX is at - http://www.hanssummers.com/radio/qrssrx/index.htm

Here's a link to a page with some QRSS display waterfalls, and some slow-HELL.
How good are your eyes at decodeing the morse code??

As for the question I mentioned, -- Whats up with the next meeting? There
was some talk about what day to have it due to other commitments, and I didn't
hear how it all worked out. Are we going to have a Sept meeting?
If so, when? and are we going to be doing the Lark in the Park?
(HBQRP group sets up rigs and antennas in the park to get on the air w/qrp).
