[HBQRP] FW: Polar Bear Event

Well, we left Shreveport at around 0900 Saturday and headed home in the rain. It rained all darn day, just above the freeze point.
We saw only one place where we could stop between 1pm and 6pm that had any cover from the rain and it was full of truck drivers.
So, I was unable to manage any air time for the Polar Bear thing, darn...

I did get on 20 during the visit while demonstrating the equipment to the teenagers at the Thanksgiving Day get together.
They were all impressed..
