Just a heads up for the coming weekend.

It is possible, based upon the current forecast, that we may be getting
freezing rain similar to what they got in Western NE for New Years.

Local forecasters are thinking Thursday and Friday for freezing rain and
Saturday for snow.

It is possible that we could have electrical power issues similar to
what occurred out west.

Item 2 - the first ARES/RACES meeting is scheduled for the 24th of
January, 7PM at the Ralston Fire station.

Still no information on ID cards, by the time it gets sorted out we will
have to take new pictures because all of you will have as much gray hair
as I do then :-)

Item 3 - don't forget NCS training on the 16th in C.B. - Everyone who
is interested in doing a turn as NCS is invited to attend this training
session.

Both, Terry KS0L and I will be doing the class together. There are
small procedural differences between the two sides of the river but
mostly we do it the same and will cover both sides of the river in this
class. All ARES or RACES or REACT personnel are invited to attend,
regardless of county or state affiliation!

See you there and 73's
