Morning Arnie..
Let's see, Brian (KM0Y), Darrel (K0AWB), Me and one other I can't
remember for some reason are all going. We leave here Thursday morning
on a charter bus with the HDXA group. (DXer's). I believe we are all
signed up for the Saturday QRP dinner. Joe (N0NEB)is traveling on his
own but will see us there.
I've been working on a patch design, haven't finished it. Also working
on a small iron-on for tee-shirts. Also not done. Maybe I can come up
with a quick badge we can use..

Hi Guys,
Sorry that I couldn't get to the gathering this past weekend. T'is my
weekend to
work, and just couldn't force myself to get up out of bed early enough
to get to
Ashland before I would have had to turn around to get back to work. I
work 1/2 days
so it really puts the binders on the weekend!
====
I am wondering who from the group is going to Dayton this year (other
than Joe! ;> )..
And if you are going, are you going to attend FDIM? I am going to try
to get there
Friday night for the QRP venders expo. It will be my first time at
FDIM.
It would be cool to have some sort of patch or something to wear to
brag up the MW-HBQRP group
while 'out and about' at various gatherings.... Just a thought for the
group! :)
Mike, NF0N and myself are planning on car pooling Wednesday night after
Mike gets off
work and zips down here from SSC. We will probably stop late in the
evening and stay
overnight someplace in eastern Iowa, so we can get a good jump on the
day and hopefully
get to Dayton early enough to swing by FDIM Thursday night, but if not,
there is always Friday.
If you can, stop by the BMHA forum on Sunday morning it starts at about
8AM..
Mike is the forum moderator and we will have a few examples of bicycle
(tri-cycle) mobile
stations on display.
Hope to see some of the group there!
