-------------------------------------------------

We are ready to accept enrollments for our fall class offering.  This
class will be offered October 19 through November 16, and it is a
*Technician License Class *with an *option* to also study for the
*General License*.  Enrolled students may be any of the following:

  * Non-licensed and preparing for the Technician license exam (primary
    case)
  * Non-licensed and preparing for both Technician and General license
exams (minority case, good technical background recommended)
  * Technician licensed and preparing for the General license exam
    (reviewing Technician, focusing on General)

We will again be leveraging the online curriculum from Ham Radio School
for student independent learning within a pacing schedule across the
weeks of the class.  Each student will be assigned to a volunteer Elmer
from WØTLM who can answer questions, provide additional information and
support, and generally help the student to be successful.  The class
will have one formal review session each week by Zoom meeting, plus one
‘Elmer Check-in’ each week to help ensure student advancement and learning.

Please relay information about the class offering to anyone you know who
is interested in earning their license.  A class flyer is attached to
this message.  Relevant information links follow:

The registration fee is $50 ($40 under 18).  All student Technician
study materials are included in this registration fee. An additional
General License Course online subscription purchase is required for
those wishing to study simultaneously for the General License
examination.  Tech and General course subscriptions are non-expiring, so
students will retain all study materials for future use, as needed.  The
FCC administrative license issuance fee of $35 will also be charged
following a successful examination and prior to the issuance of license.

Questions may be directed to Stu WØSTU at stu.turner at comcast.net or to
