[HamTips] North America Adventure Frequency 146.58 MHz

The 2m FM simplex frequency 146.58 MHz is shaping up as an alternative 
frequency to 146.52 when doing SOTA, POTA, etc.
So it would be a good idea to have this programmed into your radio. It 
won't replace .52 but will be a preferred alternate.
