This meeting will be a good opportunity to get your questions answered
and assistance with anything that you are "stuck on".

W0TLM Members:

We've had a couple of email messages about the April 15th radio club
meeting. In this message, I'll attempt to summarize and clarify the
plan. Our main objective is to provide a meeting that is focused on
"getting started in ham radio" shortly after our highly successful
Technician License Class. Having said that, we are all "getting started"
on something or other, so this meeting should also be useful for more
experienced members.

New Technicians, You Are Welcome to Attend!

See meeting location here: http://www.w0tlm.com/

CONNECT TIME

Connect Time (starts at 6 pm) is our informal session before the regular
business meeting. Sometimes this is just completely a free form
opportunity for our members to connect. Sometimes we inject a specific
topic or activity. This month, Larry/N0AMP will lead a session on
identifying questions that people have, putting them "on the whiteboard"
and addressing them. Any ham radio question is fair game.

Also during Connect Time, Greg/W0GAS will be engaging with a small group
working on Field Day planning. If you want to see Field Day happen, be a
part of this group. They will meet around one of the tables in the room
--- look for Greg.

BUSINESS MEETING

As usual, we will have a short business meeting (starts at 7 pm)
followed by the educational presentation for the evening. Stu/W0STU will
lead this meeting because the Pres (Eric/W0RLY) and VP (Bob/K0NR) are
both unavailable.

Larry/N0AMP will lead the educational presentation, which is a
continuation of the "get your questions answered" theme. We will have a
panel of experienced radio hams available to answer questions from the
audience. Our panel has a mix of experiences to draw from, plus we can
reach out to other members of the audience for advice. This should be a
fun and useful session. The panel members (subject to change) are: John
(KE0AHD), Stephen (KZ0Q), Jonathan (N0SLO), Greg (W0GAS), Larry (N0AMP).

Again, this evening is a wonderful opportunity for getting some ham
help, especially for the newbies.
