[HamTips] What About a Vanity Callsign?

We just had another successful Technician license class result in 17 new 
hams.
We expect their callsigns will be issued on Monday or shortly thereafter.

One of the questions that comes up is "how do change my callsign to 
something I want?"
In other words, how do I get a "vanity callsign"?
