[HamTips] Summer = 6m and 10m propagation

HamTips list:

Just a note to remind you that summertime is when we get a lot of 
sporadic-e propagation. This means that long distance contacts are 
possible on 50 MHz (6m) and 28 MHz (10m). The past few days, North 
American hams have been working Europe on 6m. So if you've been looking 
for some good conditions on these bands, here ya go!
