[HamTips] Technician License Exam Questions are Changing July 1st

Just a heads up that the new question pool for the Technician Class 
License (Element 2) has been released. The basic topic areas on the 
Technician exam have not changed but about 25% of the questions have 
been modified. This new question pool takes effect July 1, 2018 and is 
valid until June 30, 2022.

If you are studying for your Tech exam, this is an incentive to get the 
exam done before July 1st.
