[HamTips] General License Class - seats still available

Hi all,

Just a reminder that we are offering a two day General License Class on
Sept 24 and Oct 1 (followed by a special exam session on Oct 8).

We still have space available in the class, so please pass this along to
anyone interested in upgrading to General.
