This just came through regarding a North Korean bird:

"Anyone have any info on the downlink freqs to be used when it is
launched?  I recall one they tried to launch about 12 yrs ago was to
have had a voice downlink in the 27 or 28 MHz area.  Thanks,   Steve

One of my main intererests is Class C telemetry operations around 27 MHz, so 
I'll be following this mention of 27 MHz, just in case.
