[HamSat] SSETI Express Launched!!!

SSETI Express latest - 0940 UTC 27 Oct 2005.

The satellite was successfully launched on schedule, and signals from it 
have been reported by the ground station at Aarlburg University Denmark 
to indicate all systems nonimal during the first pass over Europe. The 
first signals received at Aarlburg indicated a Battery Voltage of 24v 
and OBC Temp of 5 degs C
