[HamSat] Keplerian data Success!

Success!

AMSAT's request to redistribute Keplerian data has been APPROVED as of 
18 March 2005 in accordance with AFSC Commander's authority.

We are "good to go" and next weeks AMSAT Keplerian data distribution 
will originate from AFSC Space Track web site.

I want to acknowledge the help and support that LtCol Maloney at AFSC 
has given to AMSAT and the Radio Amateur Satellite Community at large. 
Thank you LtCol Maloney for your help and consul in preparing our request.

I also want to thank all the AMSAT and ARRL leaders who have helped me 
in preparing our response to AFSC.  Thank you for your timely support.
