[HamSat] Data problems

I've had a look at the data that I decoded and for some reason or other there
is a date  of
02.27.1972
in what looks to be normal data from Echo.  This is in the CSV and the RAW
files.
As my computer was doing no other tasks other than running WISP I'm beginning
to wonder where it got this data
