Echo is back active in FM repeat mode as of 22Aug @ 1422 utc.  It will run
in its normal power mode the rest of the weekend.  That mode is Digital at
0.35 watts and FM repeat at 0.60 watts.  The high power test planned for
this weekend will be postponed to a later date.  Experimenters Wednesday
mode V/S test is still a go.  Please check with your ANS bulletins and the
Amsat web site, updated within a day, for information and a schedule for
next week.
