[HamSat] How do I move up to 9600 BAUD??

Sure did and responded too.  I think you asked me to
make an offer.  Given that I don't know much about it,
I took a shot in the dark and offered $25 for it; of
course, I would pay shipping.  I'd like to buy it, for
what you think is a fair price.
