[HamSat] Good, Simple satellite program for newcomer?

Hi,
Although I have been a ham for a long time, I have never worked a satellite and would like to give it a try.
Could someone recommend a basic, easy to understand
program that I could download and use to find the proper
time and angle for satellites, especially Echo?
