[HamSat] saudisat 1a & a question..

  I noticed in my subscription to ANS that they
mentioned that saudi sat 1a is operational, and it
appears over saudi and us every 20 minutes..does this
mean it only goes over those's areas.
  
   Also has any one ever used an Egg beater type
antenna for catching these birds..my thoughts is to
use one on my radio shack scanner<pro 2066> and have
so its monitoring the FM birds.

   In the Philippines, I can set an antenna system for
the FM systems,but alot of these same frequencies are
also being used by local hams..and its hard to set up
a system to monitor when you got some one else on the
band..
