[HamSat] any new ssb sats

  I have a couple of questions and hope it's something
us non sat fans can understand.

   1. Has anyone worked any of the RS satellites that
use the 10/15 meter setups. And can I use a dipole
antenna.
   2. can i use my Icom 730 
   3. On the Oscar 14 and 27 sat's,can they be worked
with a discone, or would I have to use a Beam..
   I have 2 HT's out here on the ship,the Yaesu
vx5r,and 530,has anyone used either on the FM
birds.And if so were you using the Arrow antennas..

   my emails are sometimes like a time lapse,where
other days I see the response in a few minutes,or even
a few hours.. Thats what I get for some what working
aat sea..
