[HamSat] Message Posting Information

Hi Tim, how does one become a memeber so that I can ask questions on the
HAMSAT list?
I need info on 13Cm antennae for AO-40.  This will be a new are for me so I
have little or no knowledge of 13Cm other than what I've read in the ARRL
books.
