[Hammarlund] Repaint and redo "antenna Comp" markings - dial eschuthen

I have an HQ-129X in very nice condition. The original cabinet and front 
panel paint/markings are fine.

However, the dark grey wrinkle paint on the escutcheon plate around the 
dials is flaking and needs repainting. This will cover up the "Antenna 
comp" markings. Is there someone out there that can refinish the 
escutcheon including the markings, or can coach me on how to do it?

Or is there someone who has a junker that still has a good escutcheon 
that I could purchase or trade for?
