[Hammarlund] Fix Frosted HQ-180A Clock Lens

I just checked and they are available new in at eBay (about $20.00). Just
type Hammarlund and it will come out in the list. I would try the excellent
recommendations on polishing the old cover. The Novus Plastic renovation
kit is excellent.
