[Hammarlund] SP-600 product detector circuits

I've seen the Hammarlund Historian mods online, and Bill KD0HGs SK, mods
from early on in Electric Radio magazine. Have any guys here on the list
used these, or what circuit might you be using as a product detector in
your SP-600. Having one will make the receiver much more practical to use
on the band's.

My preference is for an inboard receiver product detector. Failing that, I
do have a Sherwood SE-3 around here that I could use. Thanks.
