[Hammarlund] New List Administration

Sorry to hear of Duane's passing. There were ups and downs on the lists he
administered over the years but overall Duane seemed like a decent sort who
enjoyed radio and other pastimes like the rest of us. He certainly gave a
lot of his time to these lists. At one time I belonged to most of the ones
Duane handled, the Hammarlund list is apparently the last one. Much quieter
now than it was a decade or so back.
