[Hammarlund] QST Resizing

The CEO of ARRL mentioned that.  Postage regs, ability to use current standard sized printing paper. They also
took surveys of what people actually read in QST. There are a lot of things that might be called "boiler plate"
such as contest results which might better be posted on-line. Contest result on-line could be more timely. Almost
all magazines have trimmed their sizes recently.

down from Decembers'  8 1/4" wide by 10 3/4" tall.


Does that reflect a change in useful information or do you suppose its strictly a stragedy on postage costs?
