[Hammarlund] SP-600-c25

Hello, my new  to this website.  I need assistance with  repairs and alignment to my SP-600-C25.  So I have  changed out all,  or most of the known  bad caps.  Mostly are  grey striped 01 uf and .022 uf.  There are about 25 0f these.  Also 5 10uf bathtub caps.   Some work had been done before I got to this. 
In the RF section,  there are vitamin Q caps,  I did not replace  these.  
   So 2 problems exist-  there is intermittent cutting out as you tune thru any band,  seems to be a problem with the tuning capacitor?   other problem is lack of peaking  in  T4 @ 3.95 mc.  Peaking does occur in the 1st IF can,  but not in the  T4 can?  Caps were changed in these  cans.  
   BC band working,  super nice audio,  sensitivity is really outstanding.  Never  worked one of these,  really cool item.
