[Hammarlund] HQ-180 no sensitivity and block bias question

Hi Jeff,
	I've done the job on an HQ-170.  Can't find my pix & info on it right 
now, but I used a Dremel tool to dig out the old caps, at least on the 
ones next to the edge of the chassis without can removal.  I'm pretty 
sure that one of the manuals for the 170 or 180 does show the values of 
those caps in the cans.  If you can't come up with it, let me know,I'll 
do some more digging.
