I will never use a ceramic cap in an audio application. I use polypropylene for that purpose.

But the BBODs are just plain awful. I rip every one of those I run across out. Most ancient 
paper caps are too leaky to use also. At least I have yet to find one that is still good.

Some of the old micas aren't too swift either...
